National specialist law firm Cartwright King, which has seven offices across the UK has been ranked highly in the latest issue of the Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession and a number of its lawyers have been specifically recognised.
The firm is ranked at a national level for a number of the services it provides at a corporate level - specifically for its handling of fraud, tax investigation, health & safety cases with its technical ability highlighted in particular.
In addition, Cartwright King is ranked nationally for the work that it does in the Court of Protection on health and welfare matters and has been acknowledged for its reputation and visibility in this area of work with its profile increasing.
On an individual level ten of the firm’s lawyers are ranked in the Guide. In the area of services for businesses David Roy and Mark Wilson are recognised for their handling of fraud cases; Andrew Brammer and Lynne Bleakley as specialists in the field of health & safety; and Andrew also for cases involving environmental issues.
On the personal side, family and matrimonial specialist Fiona Lazenby is named alongside Yvonne Chapman for her Court of Protection work and Max Duddles for his area of specialism - mental health.
In addition, criminal defence lawyers Andy Cash and Steve Gelsthorpe gain top ranking.
On a regional level, Cartwright King is in the top band for criminal defence in both the East and West Midlands and is acknowledged for the quality of client service and its standing in the market. It is also ranked for the first time in the Midlands for family work, particularly for its technical ability, as well as for its environmental specialism, being noted for the quality of service it provides.
The firm is ranked regionally too for its immigration services, again praised in particular for the level of client service.
