Children across the country found their Easter a little sweeter as staff from the Birmingham, Leicester, Derby, Sheffield and Nottingham offices of Cartwright King generously donated chocolate eggs, toys, books and gifts to their local charities.
Children at the Ronald McDonald House in Birmingham, Leicester Royal Infirmary, Royal Derby Hospital, Roundabout Local Youth Housing in Sheffield and Nottingham QMC Hospital received the surprise Easter donations.
Rupert Hawke from Cartwright King said: “We are always keen to get involved in supporting our local communities and we thought it would be a great idea to take along some Easter cheer for the children at our local charities.”
Kirstan Murano from the Leicester office said “It was great to see so many happy faces on the children’s ward. We all loved helping to make their Easter a little better and found it very inspiring and also humbling at the same time.”
