Mental health budget cuts help

A recent article from the BBC http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-sussex-26530733 highlighted that Mental Health Charities are warning that budget cuts are putting ‘lives at risk’.

Sean Duggan, chief executive of the Centre for Mental Health, said early intervention programmes were "very good value for money" and the prospect of budget cuts was "very worrying".
