“She has a very kind and caring attitude, always taking any questions through to an understanding resolve. She makes me feel at ease which is sometimes a difficulty due to my mental state. She has supported me for many years which I am massively grateful for. She’s a wonderful person and has always been superb when representing me in both my CPA and also in my tribunal. A massive and most triumphant thanks for all her help over the years.”- (Client)
“Alison’s initial instructions to me were clear and achievable. She was timely and proficient in her communication with me, and she kept me informed of relevant changes and developments. She was approachable and knowledgeable and willing to discuss the intricacies of what was a complex case. Her work was effective, but most importantly demonstrated humanity. Alison was open and honest with her client and appeared to have spent a great deal of time and effort helping her to prepare for the hearing and discussing with her the salient issues and possible outcomes. Her relationship with her client struck me as warm and empathetic, while at the same time focused and professional. In my professional opinion Alison was supportive of her client, affirmative and encouraging; while also being balanced and realistic about opposing views and potential obstacles. The hearing was intensive and demanding… Alison’s conduct in this forum was exemplary Her approach was persistent, pertinent and trenchant without being adversarial. Her arguments were clearly and persuasively articulated and she was able to calmly and convincingly address the counter arguments that were put forward.”- (Independent Professional)
