Deborah Robinson is a Solicitor specialising in Regulatory Law.
Deborah deals with a wide range of cases. She represents individuals and businesses being investigated or prosecuted by a range of regulatory bodies including The Health and Safety Executive, The Care Quality Commission, Trading Standards, The Environment Agency and Local Authority Food Safety Teams.
Along with being a Regulatory Solicitor, Deborah also assists with Education Law matters including assisting parents, carers and students with a range of issues. These include school admissions appeals, school exclusion appeals, university complaints and special educational needs.
Deborah is also able to assist with Mental Health cases - representing clients who have been detained under the Mental Health Act 1983. She is currently pursuing accreditation in order to be able to appeal before the First-Tier Tribunal (Mental Health).
