Marcia Blake qualified as a solicitor and has subsequently obtained higher rights.
Marcia specialises in criminal law and advocate in the magistrates courts across the country, doing a wide range of cases. These include trials on issues of domestic violence, licensing issues, public order offences, assaults upon the person, possession of offensive weapons and bladed articles, robbery, burglary and conspiracy offences.
In the crown court she has also dealt with cases such as breach of community order trials, plea and case management hearing, preliminary hearing and bail applications.
Marcia often attends police stations across the country representing clients in relation to all allegations such a theft, possession of drugs, robbery, sex offences, child neglect cases, child cruelty, and murder.
