Ryan specialises in the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) during which time he has had extensive experience in working on a wide range of POCA matters, ranging from a breach of Restraint Orders to multi million pound MTIC (Missing Trader Intra-Community) Fraud Cases. Such experience includes the involvement in confiscation cases pursuant to The Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA), The Drugs Trafficking Act 1994 and The Criminal Justice Act 1988.
Ryan is happy to undertake work on all POCA matters ranging from discrete small matters to the largest and highest profile cases. His across the board experience and knowledge allows great scope to build and prepare a bespoke defence to the proceedings instigated against Ryan’s clients.
