As a firm Cartwright King are fully committed to our staff, we consider all employees to be equal, we have a clear equal opportunities policy which we apply and we create a working environment which is free from discrimination. This means our success is dependant upon our most important asset – our people – we cannot achieve our goals without them. We acknowledge our Gender Pay Gap. 58% of our workforce is female and the pay quartile charts show women are more prevalent in the upper middle, lower middle and lower quartiles so that we have twice as many males as females in our most senior roles. Times are changing in the legal world and we have made considerable progress in recruiting and promoting more senior women over recent years. We intend to extend this for 2018 and onwards and will continue to ensure that there are no barriers for any person.
