Deputyship Fees Guide

We will provide you with fees information for acting for you in connection with a deputyship application following an initial conversation about what is entailed. Each deputyship fees package will be bespoke depending on individual circumstances. All work will be carried out by or under the supervision of an experienced solicitor and where our fees package is based on the time we spend, this will be based on our hourly rates as set out below:

Hourly Rates

Director/Consultant: £200-250

Senior Associate: £195

Associate: £180

Solicitor: £150

CILEX member according to grade and experience: £100-£200

Guide to Likely Disbursements

We have set out below a guide to the disbursements we are likely to incur in connection with making a deputyship application. Please note that this is a guide only and the level of disbursements will be determined to a certain extent by the nature of the application, the fees of the medical practitioner and the financial  resources of the person on whose behalf the application is made. We will give you a more accurate guide to the likely disbursements following our initial conversation with you.
