Procedure & Process
As the UK is a signatory to the 1951 Refugee Convention, it is obliged to consider all applications for asylum in the UK and grant protection to an applicant where it feels that there is a well founded fear of persecution if that applicant were to return to their country of origin.
We offer a full assessment of the strength of your case, advise you on the procedure and process and assist in all stages of your claim including interviews and appeals.
