The development of the Luton office is led by Attia (Tia) Hussain, Regional Director for Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. Tia is a highly regarded specialist in Children and Family Law and leads a team of experienced practitioners across both Luton and Bedford.

Opening Alongside Trinity Family Time
The Luton office opened alongside Trinity Family Time, an independent family time centre based at Basepoint Luton. The centre was officially opened by the Mayor of Luton, Councillor Javed Hussain, who cut the ribbon and met guests at the launch event. Cartwright King was joined by representatives from local authorities, social work teams and children’s mental health services, along with colleagues from Rayden Solicitors and Machins Solicitors.
Trinity Family Time provides supervised and community-based family time, sibling sessions, supported transitions, secure transport, life story work and social work support. Having that provision on the doorstep matters for the kind of work the Luton team handles, where safe and well managed contact is often central to the outcome for a child. Guests at the launch also heard a keynote on the philosophy of Ubuntu from Dr Mthoko Ngobese Sampson, and a demonstration of HeartMath techniques from Ms Funmilayo Ransom Kuti on emotional regulation during family time.
