World Mental Health Day 2018

Cartwright King will be supporting World Mental Health Day this year by taking part in a charity yoga session on 11th October 2018.
The event, organised by our Mental Health department, will include members of staff across the firm to raise money for the mental health charity, MIND.
Our Head of Mental Health, Alison Ward, is eager for the day to begin by saying:
“I am looking forward to a relaxed session of Hatha yoga aimed at stress relief for mental wellbeing whilst also raising funds for MIND and awareness for World Mental Health Day!”

World Mental Health Day is recognised on 10th October of every year and provides an opportunity “for all stakeholders working on mental health issues to talk about their work, and what more needs to be done to make mental health care a reality for people worldwide”. This year’s theme will focus on young people and mental health in a changing world. For more information, visit the World Health Foundation’s website.
