Job Specification

Responsibilities – Marketing

  • Conducting search query reports in Google Ads to assist in optimising the firm’s account.
  • Producing paid media reports to various stakeholders within the firm.
  • Assisting with website management, ensuring content is uploaded to the company website correctly to meet optimisation objectives
  • Assisting with implementing the firm’s Social Media strategy by ensuring content is shared through the firm’s relevant social media accounts.
  • Assisting with the management of Fee Earner profiles on ReviewSolicitors.
  • Representing Marketing in the New Starter inductions to ensure staff understand the position of the Marketing department within the firm.
  • Organising any photography required by the firm including new starters and PR shots.
  • Assisting in the planning, execution and review of internal and external events e.g. award ceremonies and networking events.
  • Assist in the planning and administration of directories, e.g. Legal 500 and Chambers.
  • Assist in the planning and administration of award entries as required.
  • Work with the Comms and Digital Exec to help deliver internal communications via the firm’s intranet.
  • Assisting with the budget tracker and payment of supplier invoices.
  • Maintenance of marketing collateral – working with external suppliers.
  • Manage client databases ensuring they are GDPR compliant.

Responsibilities – Business Development

  • Co-ordinating the client enquiry process and ensuring relevant data is acquired by the Office Administrators
  • Producing monthly new enquiry reports for HODs.

Person Specification

Experience and Knowledge

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent within the marketing or business profession preferred, but not essential.
  • Work experience within the legal industry preferred, but not essential
  • Experience working with Microsoft products e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience using CMS systems such as WordPress
  • PPC experience using Google Ads
  • Experience of SEO and Google products such as Analytics, Tag Manager and Trends preferred, but not essential
