Legal Fees

It is the investigation stage – where a case is in its infancy and still being formed – where you can best protect your position. In many cases, a lot of work can be done during the investigation stage to challenge accusations made against you and ensure that charges are never brought.

Legal Aid is available, but is limited to attendance at a police station for a first interview and does not extend to work done before or after you attend a police station. If Legal Aid is not available to you, Cartwright King can offer a range of financial options from competitive hourly rates to an appropriate fixed fee arrangement.

Call or email us today to discuss your options.

We're here for you.
