Important UK Immigration Information for 2021
Due to Brexit, and the end of free transit between the European Union countries and the UK as of January 2021, all people who are not residents of the UK need to have a visa. The rule does not apply to citizens of Ireland.
If you are a business owner looking to hire EU and non-EU staff, you will need a Sponsorship Licence to issue Certificates of Sponsorships which will enable you to hire Skilled Workers.
Please keep in mind that during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the rules for entering the UK might be prone to change, as it is in everyone’s interest to keep both people in and out of the UK as safe as possible. Check the government guidelines for more up-to-date information.
