UK Visas are one of our most popular immigration law services. Our team of immigration solicitors can help you at any stage of your case -whether you are applying for a visa, inquiring about a delay, seeking a visa extension or challenging a visa refusal by the Home Office UKVI.
We regularly advise clients in Bedford on:
- Private Immigration: We can take on any UK visa case, including Skilled Worker Visas, Student Visas. Spouse Visas, Standard Visitor Visas and more
- Business Immigration: We help employers in the Bedfordshire area and the rest of the UK get a Sponsor License for their business, facilitate Intra Company Transfers and recruit talent from overseas
Our immigration lawyers also offer advice on how to obtain an Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) and how to apply for British Citizenship
Challenging Home Office Refusal Decisions
When the Home Office of UKVI makes a decision against you and your life in the UK is threatened by uncertainty, our specialist immigration solicitors can step in to challenge your application refusal. Our team will examine your case to find whether you have sufficient grounds to appeal and we will fight to defend your best interests.
If a decision on your application has been delayed and it’s the Home Office’s fault, we can intervene and challenge the delay, especially if it has resulted in prejudice against you.
Services for Asylum Seekers

From writing a Letter of Representation to the Home Office describing the merits of accepting your applications to protecting your rights when your asylum application has been denied and you are facing deportation – Cartwright King Solicitors provide consistent legal support when you need it most.
Benefit from a FREE Consultation with an Expert
Building a connection based on trust is important for every client-solicitor relationship, therefore, we always start off with a free, no-obligation telephone consultation.

- Get to know you and your situation
- Understand the details of your circumstances
- Discuss what we could do to help you with your case
