Andre has spent more than 12 years conducting Immigration and asylum advocacy in a tribunal setting and is passionate about his clients, providing the highest possible level of service. He is also a Law Society Level 2 Senior Immigration and Asylum Accredited Advisor and Supervisor.

Melissa is an Immigration solicitor with a wealth of experience and knowledge , particularly in human rights, appeals and Judicial Review work. She is a Law Society Level 2 Accredited Immigration Advisor.

Anna Thurston from Cartwright King said: “Both Andre and Melissa are welcome new additions to the Immigration Department in Birmingham and will be able to assist with a wide range of issues in a field where rules and regulations are often extremely complicated and change rapidly.

“Whether an individual needs help making an application from within the UK, sponsoring someone from abroad to come and live, visit, study or work, or if they have been refused asylum or a company wants to employ people from outside the EU, our talented team can help.”
