Judicial Review Immigration Costs

The court fees for lodging a Judicial Review have increased dramatically from 22 April 2014.

The court fees payable as of 22 April 2014 are:

  • Permission to apply for Judicial Review - £140.00
  • Oral hearing to repeat permission request if permission has been refused previously - £350.00
  • If permission is granted and proceeds to a substantive hearing, then further court fees are applicable, either £700.00 if permission was granted in the first instance on paper or £350.00 where a further oral hearing was held and £350 has already been paid.
