Abbie's Specialisms

More about Abbie

My specialism is police station representation and litigation in the Crown Court.

I have over 10 years of experience working within the criminal law sector. I could not imagine my life doing anything else. I love nothing more than helping clients who are facing one of the toughest obstacles they may ever experience in their life.  I am the point of contact for most clients and pride myself on being reassuring, understanding and professional.

I will always go above and beyond my role for my clients. The first stage of any criminal proceedings starts at the police station and it is important that the client gets the best representation as this could be the difference between a case progressing further or not. It is an important part of my role to push the police to resolve the matter in the best interests of my clients and that is always my aim.  I find that a good lawyer will go that extra mile and I thrive on doing so.

I represent all types of clients, whether that is for a minor driving allegation or a more serious case of rape or murder. Nothing fazes me and it is important that my clients are aware that I am not there to judge but rather to be understanding and to provide the best legal advice possible. I also specialise in representing our juvenile clients who need that extra support during what could be a very traumatic time for them.

In my spare time, if I’m not at the police station (which is very rare) I am visiting my family in Birmingham who I am very close with. I also enjoy going for walks, reading books or chilling out in front of the TV.
