About Adelina
Adelina Morku is a respected family and care solicitor based in our Luton/Bedford offices covering Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, specialising in complex care proceedings, often involving highly sensitive issues such as non-accidental injury and child abduction.
Her expertise includes:

Adelina is well versed in navigating multi-expert evidence and supporting particularly vulnerable clients in navigating the process.
Adelina acted for the mother in a complex and cross-jurisdictional Public Law case Re A (A Child) (Abduction from Pakistan) [2025] EWHC 2637 (Fam), allowing for the reunification of a child with their mother where the child had been abducted in the most serious circumstances from abroad. Adelina was supported in the matter by colleagues Antony Starnes and Shumyla Sheikh.
Adelina assisted Attia Hussain (Regional Director) in the reported case Re E (Special Guardianship Order: Ukraine) [2024] EWHC 263 (Fam), with a successful outcome for the child client.
