About Charlene
Charlene is a passionate family and child care lawyer and her career has been devoted to this area of law. She represents parents whose families have been subject to Local Authority involvement, due to concerns about the welfare of children in their care. Charlene also represents children who are the subject of care proceedings, acting through their Children’s Guardian. She represent applicants and respondents in Private Law Children Proceedings where there is a dispute regarding arrangements for their children. Additionally, she represent Applicants and Respondents in Family Law Proceedings where an application has been made for a Non-Molestation Order or an Occupation Order. Charlene provides reassurance to each client that she works with in what can sometimes be the difficult time within their lives. She offers a down to earth approach when advising clients, ensuring that my advice is clear and concise without legal jargon. Charlene is Children Law Accredited and an experienced legal aid solicitor and can assess clients eligibility for legal aid and progress an application for legal aid on their behalf. She also represents clients on a private paying basis.
Outside of work Charlene enjoys going to church and reading.
