More about Emma

I have over 20 years experience in criminal defence work and have held Higher Rights of Audience for the past 15 years.  I also conduct private prosecutions on behalf of the RSPCA and Royal Mail.

The majority of my work comprises Crown Court trials and I specialise in the representation of vulnerable defendants with disabilities and am adept at cross examination of vulnerable witnesses. I am strongly committed to achieving the best outcome for my clients.

I’m also a member of the Duty Solicitor scheme and provide representation at the police station and Magistrates’ Courts.

I hold additional qualifications in British Sign Language and regularly assist members of the Deaf community at Court and at the police station.

In my spare time I enjoy running, cycling and hiking.
