Jacqui Arnold

Jacqui is the Case Management (Lawfusion) Specialist at Cartwright King.

Jacqui has worked in a training role for over 17 years, within a large law firm, the private sector and most recently at Select Legal, working with Lawfusion case management software.

In her previous role, Jacqui managed a team of case management and accounts trainers, whilst maintaining her training role, working with the development, projects and support teams to identify enhancements to the software, and also to review, test and deliver new releases to both new and existing clients.

Jacqui focuses on building workflows, working with users to make the experience better and easier for them, helping to make the day run more smoothly and provide support on getting the most out of the software.

Her aims at Cartwright King are to review and build better workflows, deal with issues surrounding users’ experience of Lawfusion and pass on her knowledge and introduce users to features that they may not be aware of.

Away from work, Jacqui is a crafter at heart and enjoys making birthday and Christmas cards for family and friends.  She also enjoys baking and making celebration cakes and sugar flowers.
