Malcolm Hachemi has over 23 years of experience in the field of Immigration law, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2003, and obtaining Law Society Senior Caseworker Accreditation in 2007.
Malcolm’s aim is to provide a gold standard service with clear thorough advice. He delivers easy person to person communication from start to finish of every individual case. Each client can be assured that he will deal personally with their case from start to finish, with a high level of attention to detail and maximum confidentiality.
Over the last two decades Malcolm have tackled a wide range of immigration law problems, from complex Human Rights and Deportation cases to Family Visa applications, Citizenship applications, and Leave to Remain for Students and Highly Skilled Workers. He has developed a particular interest in resolving issues of family separation and private life disruption caused by the strict UK immigration rules.
Malcolm has represented many hundreds of individuals in their appeals at the Immigration Tribunal with a very high rate of success. For example by way of an appeal he secured UK residence for several family members of a British citizen who were stranded in Syria following the refusal of their applications for family reunion. He successfully represented an Entrepreneur who was refused Settlement due to errors by his accountant; he secured status for several stateless children under local authority care; and persuaded the Tribunal to overturn a decision to refuse a settlement visa for the disabled widow of a British citizen who had been refused entry to the UK.
Malcolm also speaks French Farsi (Persian) and Italian. In his spare time he relishes reading good books and long hikes with friends and family in the countryside.
