About Navpreet
Navpreet is an Associate Solicitor at Cartwright King Solicitors working in the Care Department for Leicester and surrounding areas.
Prior to this role, Navpreet was a Supervising Solicitor at a Legal 500 firm managing a team of Solicitors and Paralegals.
Navpreet is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Advanced Family Law Accreditation Scheme, which means she can deal with complex Family Law cases.
She routinely acts for parents in Care Proceedings but also has experience in representing interveners and other family members. Navpreet also deals with cases relating to serious non-accidental injuries including death of a child, drug and alcohol abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, emotional and psychological abuse, as well as failure to protect from harm. She has also conducted many cases with an international element.
Navpreet has widespread experience in representing clients with difficulties ranging from mental health issues, chronic drug and alcohol addiction to those with learning difficulties and/or other disabilities. Additionally, she has represented clients through an Official Solicitor, where the clients have lacked capacity.
Navpreet is an experienced advocate and regularly appears before the Magistrates, Circuit Judges and District Judges.
