About Nicola
Nicola is a Care Solicitor based in the Children Law department in Worcester. She specialises in representing parents through all aspects of care proceedings, from PLO pre-proceedings to conclusion, as well as advising on leave to oppose adoption and discharging care orders. Nicola provides non-judgmental support and guidance to vulnerable clients, including parents with criminal convictions, those in prison, individuals struggling with alcohol or drug misuse, and parents who have been accused of causing significant harm to their children. She also has extensive experience representing parents with additional needs or who have experienced domestic abuse. Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time with her two children and three dogs, and has a background in theatre, TV, and live events, keeping a strong love for the arts, cinema, and theatre.
