"This reference is to highlight the professional, compassionate and determined work conducted by Mr Alex Radley when representing me for misconduct whilst off duty. Mr Radley ensured he was fully briefed by his solicitor colleague prior to our contact and from that point onwards he was clear in his explanation of my case he wished to present to the Panel having taken on board my thoughts and feelings. Mr Radley ensured he kept my Federation Representative updated on any correspondence we had between us and was keen to hear from my Federation Representative on his thoughts and approach to the case. I felt comfortable speaking to Mr Radley and he was honest and courteous throughout and he presented my case to the Panel in a very professional manner. Mr Radley comes with high recommendation from me". May 2020
