She has obtained higher rights of audience which allows for consistent representation through all levels of the Criminal Justice System. From the initial police station attendance and advice through to advocacy at the Magistrates and Crown Court hearings.
Kimberley has successfully represented Appellants at the Court of Appeal and at the Royal Courts of Justice. Her extensive knowledge and experience has enabled her to advise and represent those accused of a wide range of offences from minor road traffic and motoring to the most serious criminal matters.
Kimberley has also acted for those interviewed under caution when under investigation by the Department of Work and Pensions and Local Authorities. Kimberley previously qualified as a psychiatric nurse. This can be of considerable assistance when there are issues of addiction or other mental health concerns which can affect clients accused of criminal offences.
