Mohammed Hafejee joined Cartwright King as an Immigration Solicitor in February 2021.
Mohammed specialises in all aspects of immigration law with a particular focus on Business Immigration.
Mohammed has substantial experience in representing businesses and HR departments across the United Kingdom (‘UK’) in submitting Sponsor Licence applications and making sure businesses comply with Home Office compliance and due diligence procedures.
Apart from representing businesses within the UK, Mohammed has also advised and represented high net-worth individuals and businesses from across the world regarding UK immigration visas and business start-ups in the UK.
Mohammed has over 12 years of experience in immigration law and he has become an expert at providing legal solutions and advice to assist clients not only in business immigration matters but also in personal immigration matters such as family visas, Points Based System applications, EU Settlement Scheme applications, Naturalisation applications, appeals, deportation appeals and Judicial Review applications.
