Prime Responsibilities:

  • Manning Reception
  • Meeting & Greeting Clients
  • Answering the Telephone and directing calls through to the appropriate person/departmentMeeting and greeting clients
  • Maintaining of Diaries
  • Booking Meeting Rooms • Arranging couriers
  • Keeping the reception area tidy
  • Arranging of Incoming/Outgoing Post & DX
  • Adhoc office duties Essential Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Trustworthy & Confidential
