Training & Support Throughout the two-year training contract you will work in 4 training seats, each in a different team specialising in a different area. The training contract begins with an induction programme to introduce you to the firm, your team, your fellow trainee solicitors and our systems and processes so that you are ready to go when you start your first seat.
During the induction process, you will be assigned a ‘buddy’ who will show you around and provide you with support and a point of contact for any questions you may have. In each seat you will work through a structured programme, perform real work and your supervisor will oversee your development over the six months you are with them. You will be provided with feedback and regular reviews to ensure you are gaining the necessary experience.
You will receive dedicated training including attendance at the Professional Skills Course (PSC) and the opportunity to attend the firm’s regular legislation update seminars and other training.
Our training contracts commence in September of each year. To apply for a training contract please send a CV and covering letter to email@example.com.
