One-off advice: £300 + VAT** (+/- £100)

What the fee covers: Taking your instructions, providing advice and follow up advice confirmation.

One-off checking service: (£300 + VAT** (+/- £200)

What the fee covers: Taking your instructions, checking a completed UK immigration application form and supporting documents and providing advice.

Fees for Entry Clearance Application – Applying from abroad to join family in the UK

Spousal/Fiancé/Proposed Civil Partner/Unmarried partner: £1,600 + VAT** (+/- £200)

Spousal/Fiancée/Proposed Civil Partner/Unmarried partner: £1,800 + VAT** (+/- £200)(if relying on self-employment)

Adult Dependant Relatives: £2,000 + VAT** (+/- £200)

Entry Clearance Application (applying from abroad): £1,400 + VAT** (+/- £200)

This includes:

  • Tier 4 students
  • T5 temporary workers

Ancestry visas (If you are a Commonwealth citizen, have a grandparent who was born in the UK and are able and planning to work in the UK)

What this fee covers: Our fees for making an entry clearance application from outside the UK will include consultations, taking detailed instructions, considering documents and advising on timelines

Entry Clearance – Visit visa for tourism or visiting friends/family: £1,000 + VAT** (+/- £250)

Fees Applying for British Citizenship

Adults: £900 + VAT** (+/- £200)

Children under 18: £800 + VAT** (+/- £200)

Fees for Appeals

Existing client (non asylum): £1,800 + VAT** (+/- £500)

New client (non asylum): £2,000 + VAT** (+/- £500)

Existing client (asylum): £2,000 + VAT** (+/- £500)

New client (asylum): £2,500 + VAT** (+/- £500)

What our fees include: Our fees for lodging and representing an appeal before the First Tier Tribunal will include drafting grounds of appeal, lodging with the Tribunal, consultations, taking detailed instructions, considering documents and advising on timelines

We will draft statements, provide a tailor-made list of documents specific to your case to support the appeal, assess each document to ensure maximum chance of success, prepare court bundles, liaise with the Tribunal, Home Office, a Barrister and any specialists.

If the appeal is unsuccessful, the cost quoted does not include any advice and assistance in relation to any onward appeal.

Applying for family members to join a refugee in the UK: £1,000 + VAT** (+/- £200)

*Please note – the below items are not covered in the above fees and may or may not be required depending on which sort of service is provided:

  • Barrister fees
  • Expert report fees
  • Cost of interpreters if required
  • Translations
  • Attending any Home Office interviews
  • Immigration Health Surcharge
  • Court fees
  • Housing Reports for immigration purposes
  • DNA tests where appropriate
  • Any other cost related to your matter that are payable to third parties
  • Home Office/visa fees and any premium service supplements (further information can be found visiting the UK Government website).

You may also be required to pay:

  • A supplement of £250** + VAT may apply for each additional dependent/multiple applicants
