Challenging Home Office Refusal Decisions

When the Home Office UKVI makes the decision to refuse your application, whether it’s for a visa or for asylum, this has significant implications on your and your family’s future. Cartwright King’s team of immigration lawyers in Nottingham is ready to take action quickly and help you reach the resolution you were hoping for.

Once we know more about your case, we will be able to determine whether the unfavourable decision has been made in an unlawful manner. If we find that there are sufficient grounds to challenge the decisions, we can handle the appeals process for you.

We can also help you with challenging delays to your visa application caused by the UKVI, especially when the delay has resulted in prejudice against you.

Free, Initial, No-Obligation Consultation

We offer all our potential clients an initial free, no-obligation telephone consultation* that gives us the opportunity to:

  • Learn more about you
  • Understand the details of your circumstances better
  • Discuss what we could do for you

Having the chance to speak to us over the phone will also help you get a glimpse of who we are and how we work. It’s a no-obligation chat with no costs involved, so you are not in any way obliged to instruct us following our initial conversation.

Contact our immigration solicitors in Nottingham on 0115 958 7444 and get legal advice on your immigration case as early as possible. Everything we talk about over the phone will remain confidential, whether you continue to work with us or not.

*Please note that you will not be offered any in-depth legal advice during this call, as it’s strictly a “get to know you” conversation.

Our Immigration Fees

After we have had a chance to get to know each other during the initial telephone conversation, we’ll have enough knowledge about your case to suggest the next steps and lay out your options for you. As we know that the cost of hiring immigration solicitors can be a daunting question, we provide you with clear information on the prices of all our immigration services upfront.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer Legal Aid for immigration law cases in Nottingham. As an affordable alternative for paying individuals, we offer comprehensive, fixed-fee packages. Feel free to get in touch with the Cartwright King team for more information and we’ll be happy to help.
