Appealing a Decision
Sometimes student visa applications are denied. This may be because the necessary documentation wasn’t provided, you applied for the wrong student visa or if you simply didn’t meet the general requirements. However, a rejection doesn’t have to be the end of the road.
You’ve gone through the lengthy, expensive and difficult process to apply for your visa, only to find out your student visa was denied for a reason you don’t believe is fair. This is understandably very frustrating, but something may be able to be done, as you may be able to appeal the rejection.
It is not always possible to appeal, however in cases where this is possible and where applicants have done so, up to as much as 50% were successful(2017-2018). This is why we would always advise you to let us assess your circumstances to see what rights and options you have.
Depending on why your student visa was denied and what your circumstances are we will be able to help. We can help you appeal the initial decision made on your visa application and help you get the student visa you want.
We will explain to you what your rights of appeal are and decide what you would need to do to make a successful application the second time around.
