You can also ask your SSA to apply on your behalf to the Armed Forces Criminal Legal Aid Authority to appoint us as your Solicitor / Counsel. This is only if your case is in relation to a criminal investigation.

If you find yourself arrested or requested to attend an interview voluntarily by the military police, you are entitled to have free legal advice during the interview. If you need representation for a police station interview we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
