Mark Ward joined Cartwright King in October 2016 and is a Solicitor in our Family department. 

He has experience in Family Law, Children Act proceedings, Financial Remedy and Divorce matters. 

Louise Jackson is a Community Care and Court of Protection Solicitor specialising in health and welfare matters. She also has particular interest in deprivation of liberty safeguards.

Louise is a social welfare advocate, supporting people in relation to all aspects of community care law as well as being an Independent Mental Capacity Advocate (IMCA & IMCA DoLS) and Relevant Person Representative (RPR)

Louise is passionate about her work and the clients she represents and has a history of working on cases instructed by the Official Solicitor.

Catrina Dulston is part of the Court of Protection team.

She has developed her knowledge and assists in all Court of Protection matters.

Catrina also assists with Court of Protection Hearings.
